How to apply
Choose whether you are applying with cash or SRS funds.
Using cash
Set up CDP, then apply through your bank
Open an Individual CDP Securities Account
Joint CDP accounts cannot be used for Savings Bonds.
Open a CDP accountLink a bank account through DCS
When opening your CDP account, nominate a Singapore-dollar bank account for Direct Crediting Service. If you already have a CDP account, sign in and open Customer Service, then Direct Crediting Service, to add or check your bank account.
Sign in to CDPApply through your bank
Sign in to DBS/POSB, OCBC or UOB and choose Singapore Savings Bonds. Enter your 12-digit CDP account number if requested.
Choose the issue and amount
Check the issue code, then apply for at least $500 in multiples of $500.
Using SRS funds
Apply through your SRS operator
Sign in to your SRS operator
Use the internet banking service for DBS/POSB, OCBC or UOB.
Choose Singapore Savings Bonds
Check the issue code and select SRS as the source of funds.
Enter your application amount
Apply for at least $500 in multiples of $500.
You do not need a CDP account when applying with SRS funds.
Before you confirm
- A non-refundable $2 fee applies to every application and every redemption request.
- You can hold up to $200,000 across all Savings Bonds.
- CPF funds cannot be used to apply.
